And through asana (postures), breath (pranayama) we address the physical body to still or control the mind ultimately leading to greater harmony and balance.

Every private session is unique to meeting the physical, mental and emotional needs of the moment. Beginning with a check in, every moment asana sequence is custom crafted to support balance, openness and equilibrium. We work to address both acute and chronic conditions and patterns in the body.
No experience is necessary but a desire to find more fluidity and movement. All Sessions are 60 mins.
